  1. Morning session was more of a review of web 2.0 technology. But I missed the afternoon session on CFQ. So I hope to understand something about that today.

  2. Yesterday's workshop was an eye opener as to what and how Web 2.0 technologies can offer to enhance teaching and learning. It was a great experience to learn to use the various tools to plan a unit instruction. It has inspired me to explore PBL further and apply it in my t&l in the classroom.

  4. Awesome session Rema!I'm literally new to PBL. Yesterday lesson gave me a lot of ideas on how to create a good unit plan. After the session, I found that mapping profound CFQ and related components is really significant to achieve a successful PBL activity in class.

    cheers,

  5. Yesterday's session was indeed challenging. Personal experience with the computer has been limited to word processing, statistical software and e-mailing. So, lots of things to digest but can see clearly the potential and benefits of the program for both students and teachers. Overall very helpful and have learnt a lot especially the EQ, UQ and CQ

  7. I'm still struggling with PBL like EQs, UQs but learn much about the web 2.0 skills which I think can be used elsewhere. Maybe master students next semester will be my first "victims"

  8. I learn to open a Wiki account and was asked to discuss selected topics in the module. It was an interesting experience to be able to post questions and give responses to questions on the site. Then, I created a new Wiki to discuss the the PBL topic in my unit plan. We also discuss some of the menus on the Wiki site and I've yet to use them to improve this new Wiki site of mine. It's really exciting using wiki and what it can do.

  10. Thanks for introduce Wiki to us. Before, I’ve been using Wiki before but I found it too complicated to learn because nobody guide me. Thanks for teach us step by step. I also learn more on Project Based Learning and CFQs is new thing for me. Hope I can apply all of these in my teaching process after this.

  12. Thank you for your comments and feedback. I thoroughly enjoyed the two days in UPSI. I was not sure if I could complete all that I had planned. However, due to your keen interest to want to learn and gain new knowledge, I found it easy to accomplish the necessary sections to get an understanding of PBL.
So the credit goes to you all!

Good luck in finishing the portfolio and doing onward training or using some of the skills in your teaching.
